Artificial Intelligence (AI) is growing rapidly and becoming increasingly integral in internet marketing. Forbes explains that AI Marketing is “a method of leveraging technology to improve the customer journey.”
Data models, machine learning, and other processes are used to gain insight into target audiences. This helps marketers and business owners make decisions about strategy and campaign spending, and then boost campaign performance and ROI. But what does this all actually mean?
Well, ironically, at the very heart of it, AI will only be as good as the people behind it. We, humans, will always be necessary when it comes to marketing. What Artificial Intelligence brings to the table it that it will certainly make what we do more efficient and effective.
