I am always thrilled with my interactions with the Treehouse. They are helpful and responsive and they genuinely want to do the best they can to make our company thrive. We are lucky enough to have Lauren Ricci as our account rep. She took over for Olivia Czaplinski (who is also amazing) and has been diligent and thoughtful in her approach to our company and where we want our future to be. While I am sad that Olivia transferred departments, Lauren has stepped into the role and is just as efficient and wonderful. Even Katherine Gulick has answered our calls and questions while working tirelessly with us even though I know that she has to be busy with all of the dealers in the network. I consider us blessed to have been paired with Lauren and I am excited for where the future will take us.
